About Caroline

Caroline is know for her extensive work in personal development, psychology and coaching. She has worked with elite athletes from the NHL and CFL, CFL coaches, as well as Olympians, Olympic hopefuls and Olympic coaches. She has also worked with EA athletes and YouTubers.
Through her ongoing research and experience, she has curated her own programs that help clients take their lives from where they are to where they never thought possible.
Feed up with the limitations of typical therapies, Caroline now uses a blend of counselling skills, clinical hypnotherapy, NLP & Reiki.
Her main program which has been offered locally, Focused and Fabulous, is soon to be released as a digital course. She also has a program called Audaciously You to help clients develop strategies for managing anxiety.
Combining her background in teaching, counselling and mental health, as well as energetics, she provides a safe space for you to grow and evolve to your next level.
A self-made woman, going from single mom, teaching herself about business and finance, building a website and launching a business, to opening her own businesses.
Within the last 15 years, she has worked with thousands of clients.
Her mission has always been to help women develop the skills to hold themselves, fell confident and take their lives to the next level.
Caroline is a single mama to a beautiful 12 year old daughter.
She lives in Calgary, Alberta, but often goes to her happy place in the mountains of British Columbia.

Caroline primarily offers one-on-one coaching. She also offers digital courses, occasional group coaching and workshops. She is sought after public speaker. These services are designed to help clients overcome obstacles, improve their mindset, and achieve their goals.
With over 12 years of experience in the field of psychology Caroline has developed a unique approach to coaching that combines evidence-based practices with a client-centred focus. She meets you where you are and takes you where you want to go.
